Best Buy wanted a promotion to celebrate their Chicago roots and re-establish them as Chicago’s hometown electronics retailer.

 

We invited residents to "Show Off Your Chicago" through the Chicago All-Access Instant Win and Sweepstakes, a promotion that gave locals a chance to win weekly once-in-a-lifetime Chicagoland experiences. Thousands of locals submitted their Chicago photos, featuring the Best Buy logo, helping to actually create the promotional site interface. Users could browse through the photos in a gallery environment that reinforced the Best Buy/Chicago connection.
